The Striders Impex IPO opens on Thursday, February 26, 2026 and closes on Monday, March 2, 2026. The allotment of shares will take place on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The offer consists of both a fresh issue and an offer for sale component. The fresh issue will include 42,78,400 shares (aggregating up to ₹31 crores). The offer for sale portion includes 5,08,800 shares of ₹10 (aggregating up to ₹4 crores). The total number of shares is 50,40,000 and the aggregate amount is up to ₹36 crores.

Striders Impex IPO’s price band is set at ₹71 to ₹72. The lot size for an application is 1,600 Shares. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor is ₹2,30,400 (3,200 shares) (based on upper price). The minimum lot size of investment required by HNIs is 3 lots (4,800 shares), amounting to ₹3,45,600.

The India Back-to-School Products Market refers to the organised and unstructured supply ecosystem that delivers key learning support resources and student utility products at the start of each academic cycle for pre-primary, primary, and middle-school children (ages 3–13). Demand is primarily driven by annual school reopening cycles, increased student enrolment, rising disposable income, urbanisation, and brand-led premiumisation.
