Inox Wind Limited was incorporated on April 9, 2009, under the INOX Group. Its registered office is located at INOXGFL Towers, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The promoter is Gujarat Fluorochemicals (Inox Group). Inox Wind is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 539083) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE: INOXWIND). It designs, manufactures, and supplies wind turbine generators
(WTGs) and provides end-to-end wind energy solutions including EPC, O&M, and wind farm development services.
Inox Wind Business Segments and Revenue Model
Inox Wind operates through two primary verticals:
- WTG Manufacturing: Producing hubs, nacelles, blades, and tubular towers across four plants in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Himachal Pradesh, with a 2.5 GW annual manufacturing capacity.

- June 2025 – NCLT approved merger of Inox Wind Energy with Inox Wind, streamlining operations.
