Adani Green Energy Limited was incorporated on January 23, 2016, under the Companies Act, 2013. It was founded by Gautam Adani. The registered office is in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. AGEL is listed on both the National Stock Exchange (ADANIGREEN) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (541450). It is a major player in India’s renewable energy space, developing, owning, constructing, operating and maintaining
utility-scale solar, wind, and hybrid power plants to support the clean energy transition.
