Grasim Industries Company background

Founded in: 1947
Managing director: HIMANSHU KAPANIA

Grasim Industries Ltd, incorporated on 25 August 1947, is a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group. Its registered office is located in Nagda, Madhya Pradesh, while the corporate headquarters is based in Mumbai. The company is listed on both the NSE (GRASIM) and BSE (500300). Grasim is a diversified conglomerate engaged in various industries including viscose staple fibre, cement, chemicals, paints, and textiles.
