Founded in: 1936

ACC Limited, incorporated in 1936, is one of India’s oldest and largest cement and ready-mix concrete manufacturers. Founded by a consortium of ten cement companies, ACC’s registered office is in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company is publicly listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE:ACC) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE: 500410). As a key player in India’s construction sector, ACC’s core business includes manufacturing and marketing cement and ready-mix concrete, providing essential materials for infrastructure, housing, and commercial projects across the country.

ACC Limited operates primarily through two business segments: Cement and Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX). The Cement division manufactures a wide range of cement products, such as Ordinary Portland Cement, Portland Pozzolana Cement, and blended cements, catering to diverse construction needs. The RMX division supplies ready-mix concrete to urban infrastructure, real estate, and industrial projects, offering customised solutions. Revenue is generated mainly from the sale of cement and RMX products, supplemented by value-added services, logistics, and technical consultancy, enabling ACC to maintain a robust revenue model while meeting evolving market demands.
