The National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) is a Navratna company under the Schedule 'A' category of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs). The company has its registered office in Bhubaneswar and has regional sales offices in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. It is listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE: NATIONALUM) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BOM: 532234). The company has several ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 and SA 8000, among others.
NALCO Business Segments and Revenue Model
NALCO is primarily involved in bauxite mining, aluminium smelting, and alumina refining. Its business operations also include coal mines, captive power plants, wind power plants, and port facilities. It generates its revenues through these business operations.
