Dividend Announcements In May 2026: Key Record Dates For Oracle Financial, NALCO, LTTS

Several companies, led by Oracle Financial Services’ ₹270 dividend, have fixed May record dates. NALCO, LTTS, Havells, and Anand Rathi Wealth also announced payouts, keeping dividend-focused investors active this month.

Investors tracking dividend-paying stocks are lining up for a busy May with several companies fixing record dates and announcing payouts. Oracle Financial Services Software has drawn the most attention after recommending its highest dividend in more than a decade.

The company’s senior management has proposed a second interim dividend of ₹270 per share on a face value of ₹5. The record date has been set for Thursday, 7 May.

Shareholders must have their names on the company’s records by that date to qualify for the payout. The size of the dividend marks a sharp jump compared to its past distributions. At 12:57 pm, Oracle Financial Services Software shares were trading at ₹9,674 on the National Stock Exchange.

National Aluminium Company Ltd (NALCO) has declared a third interim dividend of ₹2 per share. The PSU said the payout is based on a total paid-up capital of ₹918 crore. The record date has been set for Friday, 8 May. With this, NALCO’s total dividend payout for FY26 reaches ₹10.5 per share. At 1 pm, NALCO shares were trading at ₹414.25 a piece on the NSE.

Anand Rathi Wealth has announced a final dividend of ₹7 per share. The company will determine shareholder eligibility on Friday, 15 May, subject to approval. L&T Technology Services, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro, has recommended a final dividend of ₹40 per share on a face value of ₹2. The company said this is its highest-ever payout, with the record date set at 22 May.

At 1:02 pm, Anand Rathi and L&T Technology Services shares were trading at ₹3,630 and ₹3,780 a piece on the NSE.

Havells India has recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per share on a face value of ₹1. The record date set is Sunday, 24 May. It means the stock will turn ex-date on 22 May. Investors need to hold shares before the ex-date to remain eligible. At 1:06 pm, Havells India shares were trading at ₹1,242.30 a piece on the NSE. Along with these, the following companies will also pay dividends to their shareholders in May (see table):

Infosys announced a final dividend of ₹25 per share for FY26 along with its March quarter results. The company has set 10 June as the record date. At 1:36 pm, Infosys shares were trading at ₹1,168.20 a piece on the NSE.

Tech Mahindra has recommended a final dividend of ₹36 per share for FY26. Combined with an earlier interim dividend of ₹15 per share paid in November 2025, the total payout stands at ₹51 per share, subject to approval. It has set the record date as 3 July 2026. At 1:36 pm, Tech Mahindra shares were trading at ₹1,461.10 a piece on the NSE.
