Name of the Company was changed to Global Infratech Finance Limited on January 13, 2012. The Company is into the business of investing in shares securities, doing treasury operations by way of providing financial assistance to Corporate Houses and HNIs (high net worth individuals) as well as investing its surplus funds in Equity Market and infraprojects activities. At present, the company operates under Infra and Finance division.The Company is also in the business of loan syndication and is providing financial assistance to both corporate clients and HNIs. The Company invests the idle funds in both Cash Derivatives Market, through BSE/NSE and has made handsome profits by investing in shares 7 securities.
