HUL Q4 FY26: PAT From Continuing Operations Jumps 20% To ₹3,002 Crore

HUL reported PAT from continuing operations at ₹3,002 crore in Q4 FY26, up 20%. Revenue grew 8%, margin dipped to 23.7%, and total dividend for FY26 stood at ₹41.

FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) declared its Q4 FY 26 results on Thursday. The FMCG giant ended the last quarter of FY 26 on a solid footing, with its profit after tax (PAT) from continuing operations standing at ₹3,002 crore, up from ₹2,501 crore during the same period last year, up by 20%. At 12:21 pm, HUL shares were trading at ₹2,243.50 a piece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Some of the other highlights from the the company’s Q4 results are as follows:

  • Total sales from continuing operations stood at ₹16,207 crores growing by 8% during the quarter.

  • Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter from continuing operations stood at ₹3,841 crore, up from ₹3,619 crore during the same period last year.

  • EBITDA margin declined by 50 basis points (bps) compared to the same period last year and stood at 23.7%.

During the financial year ending 31 March 2026, the company’s:

  • Total sales from continuing operations stood at ₹63,763 crore, up 5%

  • EBITDA from continuing operations came in at ₹15,054 crore, rising 2%

  • PAT (before exceptional items) remained flat during the year

  • Reported PAT from continuing operations was also flat

On the results, the company’s CEO and Managing Director, Priya Nair, said demand conditions improved in FY26. It was supported by macroeconomic policies. She also said the company stepped up actions during the year to push growth.

These included changes in its product portfolio, higher investments, stronger demand generation at the frontline, and steps to simplify the organisation. The company’s Board has approved a final dividend of ₹22 per share for FY26, taking the total payout for the year to ₹41 per share.
