The Company is a non deposit taking non banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India under the category of loan company. The Company duly surrendered its registration as an Investment Advisor under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 during the financial year ended March 31, 2015.For a developing economy such as India, access to financial resources is critical to foster the development of the economy. The past 12 months also were eventful as nonbanks navigated demonetization and are now addressing the impact of goods and services tax on their customers and business model.As a part of business expansion, Company is planning to enter the business of investment advisory and got itself registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
