The Company later became a public Company and changed its name to Systematix Corporate Services Limited in 1993. It was promoted by A K Sethiya Uttam Chand Nahar. The Company is registered as category I Merchant banker with Security Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and primarily engaged in Merchant Banking Activities, broking house and lending activities. Company is providing complete solution to invest in Mutual Funds.Since 1985, Company embarked making growth in a wide range of financial products like Equities, Derivatives, PMS, Commodities, Currency Derivatives, IPOs, Mutual Funds and Debt Products (Primary Markets). Today, it caters to an array of clients including Foreign Institutional Investors, Domestic Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Bank Treasuries, Corporates, Corporate Treasuries, Promoters, Ultra HNIs, HNIs and retail investors. It has over 40,000+ registered clients that we service regularly. Products and services include Investment Banking, Merchant Banking, Broking, Wealth Management, Portfolio Management Services, NRI Services, EBroking, and Depository Services.The Company came out with a Public Issue in Apr.94 to raise resources for a proposed enhancement in leasing and discounting facilities and to establish offices with the necessary infrastructure at Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Indore, Ujjain and Ahmedabad.During the year 2015, M/s. Systematix Commodities Services Private Limited became direct subsidiary instead of step down subsidiary. Further, M/s. Systematix Distributions Services Private Limited has ceased from fellow Subsidiary company as it ceased to be subsidiary company of M/s. Systematix Commodities Services Private Limited with effect from March 31, 2015. Systematix Ventures Private Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary in 201718.During FY 2024, Systematix were associated with several marquee transactions across listed and unlisted companies. They were advisors to one of Indias largest Spices brands Pushp for a INR 1,000 million Private Equity Fund raise, the largest ODM for Lighting industry RK Lighting for a Rs 130 Crore Private Equity fund raise, a leading Central India based Cancer Hospital SRJCBCC for a Rs 50 Cr. sell side transaction, besides several other private fund raise transactions. They were also Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) to Indias largest EV Charging Solutions Company Exicom Power for their Rs 500 Cr IPO, besides handling over 3 preferential issues, 4 QIPs (including one of the largest private sector QIP in the country Rs 3300 Cr for Swan Energy), 1 Open Offer and over 8 large block deals.In FY 202425, Company acquired a 80% stake in Urban Affordable Housing LLP the LLP, making Urban Affordable Housing a Subsidiary LLP of the Company on May 23, 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹168.87 crore and profit touched at ₹45.76 crore.
