Piccadily Agro Industries Limited was incorporated on March 25, 1994 to provide boost to state industry by establishing an ecofriendlysugar mill in year 1996 and grainbased distillery in 2007 at Village Bhadson, Karnal (Haryana). The Company manufactures White Crystal Sugar from Sugar cane cultivated in the surrounding rural areas and Rectified Spirit, Carbondioxide Gas, Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) from Molasses/ Rice / Wheat, Pet, Malt, Ethanol, Electricity. Their plant is located at Bhadson in Haryana. The Company has a sugar mill with a cane crushing capacity of 5,000 tonnes crushed per day (TCD) and partners with over 5,000 farmers.Company set up a new plant for the manufacture of white crystal sugar refined sugar with the installed capacity of 2500 TCD along with the facilities for cogeneration of 6 MW power at Bhadson in Haryana.During the year 200203, the company completed the erection of semi kesener and boiler and functioning from February 2002. During the year 200203, they expanded the crushing capacity from 2500 TCD to 5000 TCD at their plant in Bhadson, Haryana.The company started commercial production in their ENA unit with effect from April 28, 2009.The Company implemented Malt piant Maturation Hall along with the addition of 8 Ton Boiler to provide necessary steam to the Malt Plant, for the manufacture of 10 KLPD Malt spirit for the production of Indian made foreign liquor (IMFL) in Nov.2012. It set up a a food grade Co2 plant supplied by Wittaman of USA. Co2 Carbon G as is a byproduct of the Distillery during fermentation. The Company made M/s Clearvision Media (P) Limited as its 100 % subsidiary in 201213. The Company produced 2417044 bulk litres of Ethanol from Molasses/Grain/ENA which was supplied to various oil manufacturing companies (OMCs) in 201920. The Company purchased entire share capital in M/s Portavade Distillers Blenders Ltd. at UK to establish a distillery in Scotland by entering the foreign markets in FY 202021. Subsequently, in 2022 the single malt whiskey Indri was launched. The first phase of expansion for the Company commenced in FY2025. The distillery capacity increased from 78 KLPD to 220 KLPD for Ethanol and from 12 KLPD to 30 KLPD for malt at Indri during the year 2025. The barrel storage capacity is scaled up from 45,000 to 100,000 barrels in FY25. Company has also taken up a site in Chhattisgarh at Mahasamund, where a new 210 KLPD distillery is being set up. The Company has ventured into setting up an international production facility at Portavadie Scotland), where land acquisition is complete and the process of evaluation of plant and machinery is underway. The Indri Experience Centre launched in FY 2025 at the Indri manufacturing facility in Haryana.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹824.68 crore and profit touched at ₹102.7 crore.
