Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Nanta Tech Limited dated July 26, 2024 through a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC, Ahmedabad.The Company has taken over the business of Sole Proprietorship Firm i.e., M/s. MNT Technologies of the Promoter Mansiben M. Jani, as per the Business Takeover Agreement dated February 20, 2024. Nanta Tech Limited is an Udhyam registered Company, engaged in the business of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Audio Visual (AV) products, Service Robots and IT Networking solutions (i.e., wired/ wireless system cabling) which serves different verticals like retail, hospitality, enterprise, educational and infrastructure, among others.The Company launched the IPO by issuing 14,46,000 equity shares of Rs 10 through fresh issue on December 26, 2025.
