Headquartered in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, Carysil Limited was incorporated on January 19, 1987 with the name Acrysil (India) Limited. The name of the Company got changed from Acrysil Limited to Carysil Limited effective October 26, 2022. The Company is one the leading manufacturer and exporter of Composite Quartz Granite Kitchen Sinks in India. It is engaged in manufacturing and trading of Quartz Kitchen Sinks, Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks, Bath Products, Tiles, Kitchen Appliances and Accessories. The company is exporting their product to over 60 countries which includes Poland, China, Malaysia, Greece, Great Britain, France, Bahrain, Malta, Mauritius, Singapore, Muscat, Doha, Jordan, Kenya, Surinam, Cyprus, Dubai, Romania, Israel and USA. They are having prestigious ISO 9001 Quality Certificate through RWTUV, World renowned Quality System Certification body. In February 1989, the company made a public issue of 600,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par. In November 1989, they commenced commercial production. During the year 198990, the company installed plant and machinery for the manufacture of Extruded and Coextruded Thermoplastic Profile for the automobile Industry. They received Technical knowhow from Schock Company, GmbH, West Germany.In January 1992, the company commenced commercial production of thermoplastic Coextruded profiles. Also, they secured order from Maruti Udyog Ltd for their total requirement of moulding roof, an import substitute item. During the year 199394, the company increased their installed capacity of manufacturing kitchen sinks from 30,000 Nos to 35,000 Nos per year.During the year 200001, the company signed an MoU with a German company, Scherer Trier GmbH Co. KG in the area of manufacture of quality profiles for the automobile industry. During the year 200102, they increased the production capacity of Extruded/ Coextruded Thermoplastic Parts by 7,400,000 Meters to 9,400,000 Meters. During the year 200405, the company discontinued the manufacture of Extrusion products. They increased their installed capacity of manufacturing kitchen sinks from 35,000 Nos to 48,000 Nos per year. During the year 200607, they further increased their installed capacity of manufacturing kitchen sinks from 48,000 Nos to 82,000 Nos per year.During the year 200708, the company enhanced its installed capacity of manufacturing kitchen sinks from 82,000 Nos to 120,000 Nos per year and further increased to 180,000 Nos. per year during the year 200809.In May 2010, the company incorporated a new subsidiary company, namely Acrysil Steel Pvt Ltd to undertake the business of Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks. The Company increased its installed capacity of manufacturing Quartz Kitchen Sinks from 200,000 to 220,000 nos. per annum in 201011. Acrysil Appliances Limited was incorporated a subsidiary effective 4th April, 2013, which commenced its business on 19th April, 2013. It acquired UK based subsidiary, Homestyle Products Limited, which became one of the most popular sink manufacturers in the nation. It increased its installed capacity of manufacturing Quartz Kitchen Sinks to 2,75,000 Nos. per annum in 2013. The Company launched bathroom products i.e., wash basins and cooking range during the year 201314. Acrysil International FZCO, Dubai became the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company during the year 201718. In FY1819, the Company added a host of new products like the existing ovens upgraded with new features as per market trend, and a new series of these products, BIO01 and BIO02 launched. A host of oil collectors launched, namely Miracle (having palm motion sensor), Sand 90 (with filters), Sam and Van (both having auto clean capabilities). Apart from these, it launched the SH series by Sternhagen (6 WC and 6 WC).During the year 201920, Acrysil International FZCO, Dubai, UAE ceased to be Companys Subsidiary. The Company acquired 100% stake in United Granite LLC (UGL), based in Virginia, USA in Oct23. Company incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Company in Turkey namely Carysil Ankastre Sistemleri Ticaret Limited Sirketi in FY 202324. The Company commenced commercial operations for appliances and faucets in 2024.In FY 2025, Company has commenced inhouse production of kitchen chimneys, having the installed capacity of 1,00,000 appliances. 20 new faucet models have been launched during the year. The capacity of faucets is being increased from 35,000 to 1,00,000 units annually.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹825.4 crore and profit touched at ₹64.32 crore. As of Dec '25, Carysil’s market capitalisation stood at ₹2,187.38 crores. Shareholding as of Dec '25 shows promoters holding 41.3%, with FIIs at 1.6%, DIIs at 11.3%, and public at 45.8%.
