Gamco Limited was erstwhile known as Visco Trade Associates Limited, which established on January 3, 1983, which has changed the identity to Gamco Limited from Visco Trade Associates Limited w.e.f. December 4, 2024. The Company operates through a diversified portfolio comprising equity investments, real estate assets, warehousing infrastructure, and glass manufacturing operations. GAMCO LIMITED is led by promoter Rajeev Goenka, who possesses more than a decades experience of investing on Indias capital markets. The Company is carrying on the business of Non Banking Financial Company and holds a valid Certificate of Registration issued by Reserve Bank of India. Apart from these, the Company has a professional team with decades of extensive multisectoral and multicompany expertise in Indias capital markets and investment banking. After all, the Company has invested in the equity investments, real estate investments andwarehousing business. It also engaged in structured financing, fixed return portfolios, secured lending and equity investments in emerging companies. In 202324, following the order of the Honble Regional Director (Eastern Region) two wholly owned subsidiary of the Company viz. Skypack Vanijya Private Limited and Twinkle Fiscal Impex Services Private Limited got amalgamated into the Company as a going concern with effect from 1st October, 2022. The Company invested in its newly incorporated Subsidiary Companies i.e. Visco Advisory Private Limited, Visco Freehold Private Limited and Visco Glassworks Private Limited in 2024.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹62.46 crore and profit touched at ₹6.45 crore.
