Bank of India was incorporated on September 7, 1906, by Ghanshyam Das Birla and four other industrialists. Headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, it is a central public sector bank owned by the Government of India. The bank is listed on both NSE (BANKINDIA) and BSE (532149). Its core business includes retail banking, corporate and institutional lending, treasury services, trade finance, and wealth management across a network of over 5,200 domestic branches and 47 overseas offices.
