Axis Solutions Limited, initially known as Saya Housing Finance Company Limited was incorporated in December, 1985. The name of the Company was changed to Asya Infrastructure Tourism Corporation Limited in March, 2008 and further to Asya Infrastructure Tourism Corporation Limited in March, 2010 and to Asya Infosoft Limited in 2013. Now, the name of the Company is again changed to Axis Solutions Limited on July 22, 2025.Founded in 1999, under the leadership of Mr. Bijal Sanghvi, AXIS started with analytical and analyzer system solutions like CEMS, SWAS, GAS, Purge Panels, HVACM Analyser Shelter, TOC, COD, EQMS Analysers. The aim was to cater to oil gas, petrochemical, refineries, power plants, coal mining, chemical and other engineering verticals in India, SAARC countries, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and other countries of the EMEA region.Axis established in 2005, is a leading provider of industrial automation and digital infrastructure solutions. Initially, it engaged in the operations of amusement park in India. Presently, Company provides industrial automation, instrumentation and control system products and solutions for oil gas, petrochemicals, refineries, telecom, cement industries, power plants, minerals and other engineering verticals globally and in India. Company collaborates with over 14 wellrenowned global brands like Knick, ADFWeb, Seneca, Stego, and others, to increase the productbased solutions in specific industries. Another purpose is to strengthen ASL in industrial automation, communication, and networking, data acquisition, IIOT, remote monitoring Industry 4.0. In addition to mutliple regional offices, Axis also has a systems division called Axis Solutions Limited, which manufactures Analyser Shelter, Steam and Water Analysis System (SWAS) and Gas Analysis System (GAS) Control Panel, Automation System products, while also providing outsourced engineering solutions and services.In FY 202324, Company merged into Asya Infosoft Limited through Scheme of Arrangement with effect from April 1, 2023. The Company has acquired majority stake in Axiot Informatics Pvt Ltd in May, 2024.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹203.22 crore and profit touched at ₹33.48 crore.
