The Company was started under the leadership of Mr. Vinod Gupta to provide cost effective and complete security solutions to Corporate and Government Organisation. Subsequently during the FY 20072008, Mrs. Arnima Gupta joined as the Company Promoter. With over 20 years of experience, it has established the presence in security manpower services and integrated facility management sector. Starting from a solitary office in Defense Colony, Delhi, it extended the scope of operation to various states across India, ensuring the consistent delivery of quality services. At Armour Security, Company offer a diverse Private Security Services, including providing highly trained Security Guards. It provide skilled/ semiskilled or unskilled bluecollar manpower for a variety of tasks, from administrative roles to operational support. It supply data entry operators, pantry boys, gardener, driver, cook, attendant, plumber, electrician, clerk, etc. The manpower services have been designed to assist businesses in efficiently managing their human resource needs, whether its shortterm support or longterm staffing solutions.Company launched the IPO by issuing 46,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each through fresh issue on January 19, 2026.
