Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Happy Square Outsourcing Services Private Limited dated February 3, 2020 by the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior. Further, Company got converted into a Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to Happy Square Outsourcing Services Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 1, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.Headquartered in Jabalpur, Happy Square is a technology based fastest growing consulting firm, involved in Tech based human resource outsourcing business which focuses on end to end solution. Company has 5,802 personnel deployed at various locations for clients. Apart from this, it offer services such as Recruitment, Payroll, Onboarding and flexible staffing.In 2020, HSOS was founded as Happy Square Outsourcing Services P. Ltd. and began its operations with the Recruitment business, initially focusing on one state. The Company introduced Contract Staffing Services, expanding its presence to 4 states by working with private players and later qualifying for government tenders in 2021. In December 2021, the Company launched Facility Management Business, making the company selfreliant in technology solutions in 2022. In 2024, the Company completed the development of its Application Tracking System (ATS) named Whiteforce+, enabling payroll management through its selfdeveloped ERP system. It launched the Happiest Resume database, which now holds the data of 1 million users offering more than 3000 live job openings. Additionally, HSOS qualified for Rs 17 Cr. project with the Aeronautical Development Agency, Ministry of Defence.The Company launched the IPO of 31,90,400 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 by raising funds through fresh issue aggregating to Rs 24.24 Crore in July, 2025.
