During the year, the company started operations at its first anode manufacturing facility in Mahistikry, West Bengal, with an initial capacity of 200 million tonnes per annum (MTPA). It also commissioned a 70,000 MTPA speciality carbon black line at the same site.
Dividend Announcement Adds Trigger
Alongside earnings, the company’s board recommended a final dividend of ₹0.80 per equity share for FY26. The payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting, the company said in its filing. The dividend equals 80% of the face value of ₹1 per share.
