Eye Cataract Surgeries

KSL has associated with Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital to support the surgeries of curable cataract bilateral blindness for 1362 patients. The project aims at eradicating the curable blindness from the lower income geographies of Bihar. Our Initiative focused on providing accessible and high quality cataract surgeries in rural areas, reducing visual impairment and improving the quality of life for individuals affected cataracts. Till 31st Mar23, about 681 surgeries have been supported through Surgical Camps & trained healthcare providers.
