How to activate a dormant account?
To place a digital request for activating your dormant account, please follow the steps listed below:
- Login to your account and go to your profile section (tap on your initials form the top right corner). Click on services and go to “Reactivate dormant account”.
- Select your income range
- Upload a clear image of your PAN card. Ensure it belongs the trading account holder and the details are clearly visible. Proceed for video verification.
- Say your full name as per PAN in the video and submit your request
- It is advisable to check other KYC details as well
Request will be processed within 2 working days and you will be notified on your registered contact details. Request will get rejected if the video or the uploaded PAN is not clear or does not belong the trading account holder.
