Ward Wizard Innovations Mobility Limited, formerly known as Manvijay Development Company Limited was incorporated on October 20, 1982. Earlier, the Company engaged into development of real estate activities investment in group Company. There was change in the management control of the Company during the year 201920 new management took the control of the Company from 1st October, 2019 and changed their business activities to manufacturing/trading of electrical vehicles scooters bycycles electronic goods home appliances hospitality sector herbal ayurvedic sector real estate sector. In addition to new business activities, the name of the Company was changed from Manvijay Development Company Limited to Wardwizard Innovations Mobility Limited on February 15, 2020.Currently, the Company has a production capacity of 400,000 units of Electric Scooters and bikes per year on a threeshift plan. Besides, it manufactures 12 scooters and bikes variants under the brand name Joy ebike. The Company has 750+ dealership touchpoints.Wardwizards flagship brand Joy ebike peddled its way into the EV segment by first introducing electric bicycles in year 2016. The Company inaugurated one of Indias largest electric twowheelers plant in 2017. It launched Joy e bike butterfly, honeybee low speed electric scooter during October, 2018 it launched e Monster Bike in 2019 and later on Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Beast, and Skyline in January, 2021. It launched 4high performance bike variants of Joy E Bike. In FY 2022, it commissioned the automated assembly product line business. In September, 2022 the Company established the RD Centre under its wholly owned subsidiary, Wardwizard Global Pte. Ltd., in Singapore. In January 2023, Company launched the allnew Made in Indias electric scooter MIHOS and unveiled a highspeed electric bike named Rockefeller. It launched the Joy ERik. Joy E Bike is the sole manufacturer and 1st in EV market to come up with different EV models. Further, it opened the First Distributor Showroom. In March 2023, it commenced 1 GWh LithiumIon Battery Assembly Line.In 2024, Company added 150+ showroom distributors across India. It expanded manufacturing capabilities by inaugurating a new 15,000 sq. ft. assembly facility in Deoghar, Jharkhand. It acquired a 4 million square foot property to establish the EV Ancillary Cluster. It launched Nemo (highspeed twowheeler), L3 garbage vehicle, L3 L5 category passenger EVs, and commercial EV loaders, diversifying its mobility solutions. In 2025, Company launched new models in threewheeler segment, including Ecart Garbage Container and ELoader. It expanded the electric fleet with over 400 twowheelers deployed in Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹305.35 crore and profit touched at ₹6.36 crore.
