Supertech EV Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company as Supertech EV Private Limited on August 12, 2022 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi Haryana. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from Supertech EV Private Limited to Supertech EV Limited and a Certificate of Incorporation dated December 21, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi Haryana . The Company has acquired the running business operations of Supertech Inc, proprietorship firm which was established in FY 2005, owned by Mr. Jitender Kumar Sharma, engaged in the business of manufacturing ERickshaw, vide agreement dated April 01, 2023. Initially, the Firm was engaged in the manufacturing of ERickshaw and other related products including the chasis body for other market players.The Company was incorporated to manufacture ERikshaw and to assemble 2 wheeler escooter including high speed and low speed products. With this acquisition, Company has consolidated all operations in respect to the manufacturing of Erickshaw and assemblingof two wheelers scooters. As a pioneering force in the Indian electric vehicle (EV) market. Since the Companys inception, it drove the electrification of mobility in India, with the manufacturing facilities in Haryana with the launch of 12 models including 8 variants of EV 2 wheelers and 4 variants of ERickshaw, with a distributor base of 445 across India and presence in 19 states. With a diverse portfolio of electric vehicles, including ERickshaws and EScooters, the Company cater to evolving needs of the Indianautomobile market. It has rapidly evolved to become a significant player in the market, specializing in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of highquality electric twowheelers and Erickshaws.Subsequently, the running business of sole proprietorship concern of the Promoter, Supertech Inc was taken over by the Company, as going concern on March 31, 2023.The Company launched the IPO by issuing 32,49,600 equity shares of Rs 10 and raised Rs 28.90 crores in June, 2025.
