Victory Electric Vehicles International Limited was incorporated as Victory Electric Vehicles International Private Limited on October 26,2018, as a Private Company, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated October 26, 2018, issued by the RoC, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, Company was converted to a Public Limited Company, and the name was changed to Victory Electric Vehicles International Limited dated February 28, 2020.The Company is in the business of manufacturing Electric Vehicles which includes Electric Rickshaws, Passenger Rickshaws, ELoaders, Cargo Rickshaws and Electric Scooters. Company has widespread geographical reach, showcasing their commitment to sustainable mobility across India. It has strategically established a strong presence in states including Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Delhi, Chandigarh, Uttarakhand, Jammu Kashmir, Gujarat and Maharashtra. These regions reflect its focus on ERickshaws, which are important in urban and rural transportation. The Company increased the production capacity to 6,000 electric vehicles in 2024 and has launched a new variant of electric vehicles L5, with 5 new models. The Company launched the IPO comprising a fresh issue of 56,47,000 equity shares of Rs 10 by raising funds aggregating to Rs 40.66 crore on May 23, 2025.
