Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited, formerly known as Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Limited was incorporated on 19th January, 1994. The name of the Company was changed to Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Limited from Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Limited w.e.f. August 25, 2016.The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading in synthetic food colours and chemicals. It specializes in production of superior synthetic foodgrade colourants, including Synthetic WaterSoluble Colours, Aluminium Lakes, FDC Colours, DC Colours, Blends, CoBlended Lakes, and Granules. These colourants are essential ingredients used across a wide range of sectors, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, confectionery, dairy, pet food, cosmetics, and healthcare. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Raigad Dist. of Maharashtra. Vidhi is now the thirdlargest manufacturer of synthetic foodgrade dyes globally and the secondlargest in Asia, with an annual installed capacity exceeding 7,200 MTPA.The Company has established worldclass manufacturing infrastructure with two primary facilities: one in Dhatav Village, Raigad District, Maharashtra, and another at its recently commissioned greenfield site in Dahej, Bharuch District, Gujarat. Company installed Food colours with a capacity of 302 tpa at its proposed plant at Roha (Raigad district), Maharashtra. It entered the capital market in Feb.96 with a public issue of 17,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs 175 lac, to partfinance the project.The company has a marketing tieup with Hongkongbased Tai Cheong Trading Co, for exporting 15 tpm of food colours.In 1997 the company commenced its commercial production of Synthetic Organic Dyestuffs at its plant at Roha.The company was awarded with BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994 certificate certified by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a leading international accrediated certification body, during 19992000.The first phase of new manufacturing facility of the Company situated at Plot No. 68 MIDC Dhatav Roha came into production from 15 August, 2011 and the 2nd phase commenced production from June, 2012.The Company acquired 100% Equity Shares of Arjun Food Colorants Manufacturing Private Limited, a Company held by Promoters of the Company, thus making it a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in FY 201920.The Dahej Plant began production on December 12, 2023, which doubled the overall capacity of the Company to 675 metric tons per month from 325 metric tons per annum in 2024

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹383.88 crore and profit touched at ₹43.4 crore.
