Taurian MPS Limited was originally incorporated on June 28, 2010, as a Private Limited Company in the name of Rashi Resources Private Limited with the Deputy Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the name of Company was changed from Rashi Resources Private Limited to Taurian MPS Private Limited and a Certificate of Incorporation was issued on July 22, 2022, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Further, Company was converted from a Private Limited to Public Limited and the name was changed to Taurian MPS Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on November 05, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.The business initially began with a focus on sand, aggregates and spare parts, catering to industries such as construction, mining, and aggregates that required these materials for various applications. Over time, the company expanded its product offerings and diversifiedinto the supply of machines and spare parts. This shift marked a strategic transition towards becoming a more comprehensive solutions provider in the industrial sector. The Company is one of the growing engineering and manufacturing company which specialize in manufacturing of plant such as crushing and screening plants, washing plants Spare Parts. It include products to various industries aggregating to minerals, metals construction, food processing industry, waste management industry and also includes crushed stone and sand. It now offers not only highquality spare parts but also a range of machinery, such as crushing and screening plants, washing plants, and spare parts. The Company launched its first product, the Jaw Crusher in 2013. The launch of Mobile Equipment in 2013 expanded the Company to improve the operational flexibility. It installed a 200 TPH (tons per hour) plant, by improving the technological and engineering strength in 2015.The Company upgraded its product line by enhancing the TJ Jaw Crushers and CG Cone Crushers and CB Cone Crusher in 2019. It launched two new product lines: Terra Track and High Frequency Dry Screens in FY22, expanded the dealership network, increased production capacity to 800 TPH, and entered global export markets serving the USA, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, and Jamaica in 2023. In December 2024, it expanded the dealership network by establishing a presence in the states of Assam and Nepal. It also launched a new product line, Washing Systems in FY 2025. In addition, Company has formed an Alliance with Plus Natural Resources to provide comprehensive solutions for the mining and natural resources sectors. Company launched the IPO by issuing 24,87,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each, by raising funds to Rs 42.53 Cr in September 2025.
