Sungarner Energies Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company as Sungarner Energies Private Limited dated April 30, 2015. Subsequently, Company was converted into Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to Sungarner Energies Limited on November 17, 2022, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.The Company is engaged in Manufacturing, Design, Engineering of Power Equipments and Appliances such as Online UPS, Solar Inverters, EV Chargers, Storage Solutions (Lead Acid and Lithium ion), Solar Equipment and Installation and Commissioning of Solar Power Plants. The Company presently provides these products and these services to corporate houses / Channel Partners all over India and Abroad. It established distribution network in key markets like Haryana, UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Assam. The Company was promoted by Mr. Sumit Tiwari in year 2015, with a motive of providing efficient and lowcost power solutions. In 2018, the Company got into the business of manufacturing of power electronic products such as solar inverter, UPS etc. Further, it established largest solar power plant for industrial application atGorakhpur. It commissioned more than 50 large Solar Projects like Interglobe Enterprises, DLF, Jubilant Life Sciences, Eli Lilly, Modi Xerox, V N Dyers and Textiles, The ITC Hotels Delhi, The India Thermit Nagpur, Sarovar Portico Lucknow, Satyam Hospital Ludhiana, Dayawati Modi School Rampur. Further, It has also got into international projects by installing the largest solar power project in Bhutan in 2021. Company raised money from public through IPO by issuing 6,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each to Rs 5.3 Cr. in August, 2023.M/s Seltrik Electric India Private Limited became a subsidiary of the Company on 10th February 2024. Furthermore, SunGarner Green Asset Private Limited also became a subsidiary of the Company in FY 202324.
