Shree Karni Fabcom Limited was originally formed as a Limited Liability Partnership under the name Shree Karni Fabcom LLP, dated March 7, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, Shree Karni Fabcom LLP got converted the legal status into a Private Company as Shree Karni Fabcom Private Limited and a Certificate of Incorporation dated April 11, 2023 was issued by Central Registration Centre. Company converted into a Public Company to Shree Karni Fabcom Limited with effect from October 20, 2023 obtained from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.Led by the founder Promoters, the Company evolved from trading specialized technical textiles to establishing an ultramodernmanufacturing facility. Prior to the incorporation of Company, the Promoters were engaged in the business of trading of specialized technical textile used in luggage industry. In year 2018, they incorporated Shree Karni Fabcom LLP and in year 2020, the Company expanded its product by setting up an ultramodern highly automated manufacturing facility to manufacture specialized technical textile. Thereafter, it acquired 66.67% stake in IGK Technical Textile LLP w.e.f. October 31, 2023, engaged in weaving, coating, sizing and embossing of specialized technical textile. Shree Karni Fabcom are engaged in the business of manufacturing of Technical Textile for the luggage, medical arch support, chairs, shoes and apparels industry. The Company specialize in Woven Fabrics, Knitted Fabrics, Coated Fabrics, 100% polyester and recycledpolyester fabric. It procure yarn, resin, acrylic and coating chemicals to manufacture specialized technical textile and sell them to various luggage, medical arch support, chairs, shoes and apparels manufacturers and other textile intermediaries. The fabric manufactured by them has diverse applications for luggage, roofing, agriculture net, vehicle covers, tents, armed forces fabric, sportskits, chairs, medical arch support, umbrella and rain coats amongst others. The manufacturing unit with ultramodern automated machines for manufacturing of technical textile with capacity installed 70,000 meters per day for weaving, 90,000 kilos per month for knitting, 50,000 meters per day for poly acrylic and polyurethane coating, 15,000 meters per day for PVC / 8,000 meters per day for EVA lamination and 40,000 meters per day heat embossing are marketed under brand SKFL. The Company issued an allotted 18,72,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and raised funds aggregating to Rs 42.49 Crores through fresh issue on March 11, 2024. In mid2024, Company commenced its new stitching unit operations. It expanded the bag manufacturing facility in 2025.
