The Company carries on the business of to launch television channels, for news, music, serial and other programmes and TV news, films, music, serials and lecture agency on a worldwide network. Apart from these, it carry on the business of the advertising agency for providing advertisers a complete range of advertising on all mass media such as radio, television, newspaper, magazine printed publicity.In FY 202425, Company has acquired two subsidiaries, Unayur Marketing Private Limited and Broad Cast Equipments (India) Private Limited, resulting a change in the nature of the overall business activities of the Company and to diversify its portfolio and enhance the market presence in both existing and new sectors.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹59.55 crore and profit touched at ₹0.59 crore.
