R B Denims Limited was originally incorporated on November 17, 2010, as RB Denims Private Limited with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Havelli. Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to RB Denims Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 8, 2011 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra Nagar Havelli. Established in 2010, RB Denims, promoted by the influential RawatKhedia and Borana Groups, stands as a pioneering force in the global textile industry, with a lineage of over 30 years each in their areas of expertise. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Anand Dalmia and Mr. Mangilal Borana, supported by their dedicated sons, these textile powerhouses have achieved unparalleled success, setting international standards in quality and service. The Company is one of the largest vertically integrated textile manufacturers with over 30 million meters annual capacity of production. The Company has established its footprint in both domestic and global markets and is presently engaged into manufacturing and sale of quality Denim Textile products. The company had decided to invest in sustainable energy through solar energy and wind energy plant respectively. It installed on site solar plant having capacity of 1200 KW and off site wind mill with the capacity of 2.7 MW. The company focused in increasing the production, maintained price competitiveness and have moved up the value chain in expanding the product line.The Company commenced commercial production in 2012 it completed expansion of Phase III by installing machineries for producing export quality Denim Fabric in 2015.The company adopted the Policy called Reduce, Reuse and Recycle and installed the rain water harvesting system for reducing water consumption. Also, it is a member of Gujarat EcoTextile Park (GETP) since 2014 and the Company makes sure that it implements various measures across all its operations to control hiding emissions from polluting water bodies and also recycling the polluted water to reusable condition. The Company also installed Air Receiver in the weaving department to reduce and control on toxin emissions. It obtained a license from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) to ensure pollution control. Apart from this, the company invested in Solar and Wind Energy in FY 20202021. The Company generates renewable energy inhouse through rooftop solar PV, offsite captive wind farms. Solar Plant is commenced from the mid of April 2021 and Wind Plant is commenced from 1st August, 2021.Company has acquired 67% equity stake of Ricon Textile Limited, making Ricon Textiles a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 1 April, 2025. The Company commenced the commercial production of garmenting business in Palsana, Surat, Gujarat from April 10, 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹382.88 crore and profit touched at ₹27.47 crore.
