The Company is licensed by RBI to function as Authorised Dealer Category II. The Company operates under the brand Prithvi Exchange which convey Companys line of business i.e. Foreign Exchange. It deals in all tradable foreign currencies, traveler cheque, drafts and swift transfers. Prithvi Exchange has emerged as a vibrant and trusted brand in the field of Foreign Exchange. Company is operating with its head office located in Chennai with a network of 32 branches pan India. It specialized in a spectrum of foreign exchange products like buying and selling of all major Foreign Currencies, Travel Currency Cards, Remittances Abroad, Foreign Currency Demand Drafts and Travel Insurance. It offers inward money transfer facility through Western Union Money Transfer. It sends money abroad through demand draft, telegraphic transfer and SWIFT transfers.The products/services include foreign exchange for business and tourist travel, importers, exporters of international currencies, Business partners of American Express travelers cheques, encash Thomas Cook, Visa International Service Association (VISA), MasterCard, and CitiCorp travelers cheques and American Express Travelers Cheques. The Company digitized forex and provided a B2C platform in 201920. In 2023, Company incorporated M/s Octagon Insurance Broking Company Pvt Ltd. to venture in the Insurance Broking space in FY23. Octagon Insurance Broking Private Limited received IRDAI license for starting the Insurance business during 2024.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹3526.1 crore and profit touched at ₹8.02 crore.
