Naman Industries Proxima Limited was originally incorporated as Naman InStore (India) Private Limited dated July, 23, 2010, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Thereafter, name of Company was changed from Naman InStore (India) Private Limited to Naman InStore (India) Limited on October 25, 2023. Further pursuant to the approval of the Central Government, the Company has been renamed to Naman Industries Proxima Limited in 2025. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of customized retail store fixtures furniture made from wood, metal, plastic and other materials. This includes display fixtures furniture, indoor fixtures, full Shops, CTU, CDU, POSM merchandising etc. The Company carries out industrial fabrication, manufacturing and installation of all types of display and commercial furniture, as well as any kind of interior work for onsite displays or at commercial premises or any make to order furniture fixtures mainly relating to display. The Company mainly operates in the domestic market.The Company has manufacturing facilities located at Vasai, Maharashtra. It has well established and hightech manufacturing equipment and design facility to manufacture the various combination and size products as per the design and specification of clients. Further it operate 2 warehouses located in Kaman, Maharashtra and 1 at Bengaluru. On 27 March 2024, Company raised funds of Rs 25.35 Crore through IPO by issuing 28,48,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. .
