Later, it converted into Limited Company in 1992 in Maharashtra. The Company has obtained ISO 9001:2008 registrations. It is engaged into the manufacturing and export of wide range of Pharmaceutical items. The Company products have been in Gynae and Pediatrics Segment. It is mainly dedicated to Mother Child Healthcare.Two new products launched in Ergacap Division in 201213. The Company introduced new drugs such as Teclobet, Tanolite, Clinzit, ClinzitaA, Levotryl Tablet, LevotrylM Tablet, Levotryl Syrup, THA4, THA8, Pyloryl, Pangs At, Feveryl Drops, Feveryl Suspension in its Mother Child Care specialized segment. It further established Institutional Business with Govt. Institutions, Semi Government and Hospitals Clinics in 201415.The Company launched new world class GMP facility for all its liquids and tablets conforming requirement of WHO in 201516. It also has increased the manufacturing capacity for tablets and liquids in 202324.
