Megastar Foods Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name Megastar Foods Private Limited on November 28, 2011. Further, the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Megastar Foods Limited on March 09, 2018. The Company has a wholly owned subsidiary (100%) namely Megapacific Ventures Pvt. Ltd.Started operations in October 2013, Company engaged in the manufacturing of food based products such as wheat flour, organic wheat flour products and allied flour products. Basically, the company produce food products related to wheat i.e. Attawheat flour products, MaidaFine wheat flour products, Suji/RawaSemolina, Chokar/Wheat Bran, Organic Atta, Organic whole Wheat flour and Organic wheat flour etc.The Company is an FSSC 22000 certified company for food safety systems including ISO 22000:2005, ISO 220021:2009 and additional FSSC 22000 requirements in respect of Processing (Pre Cleaning, Cleaning, milling, Sifting) of Wheat products like Atta, Maida, Suzi, Bran and its packaging in HDPE laminated bags and Poly Pouch bags by Intertek Certification Limited, United Kingdom. The Company is having FSSAI license, Organic Certificate for in accordance with the requirements of Indias National Programme for Organic Production Standards by the Ecocert India Pvt. Limited, HALAL certified by HALAL India Pvt. Ltd etc.It employs the best food processing technologies from around the world to manufacture supply highly nutritious wheat flour tomanufacturing industries throughout the globe. It is the most modern wheat processing plant in Northern India with a capacity of 2,00,000MT annually. At present, Company is catering primarily to MNCs in India and also exporting some of our products to United Nations Organization, Europe, United States Middle East.The Company is having state of the art modern machinery in their wheat processing plant in Punjab, India, with an installed capacity of 100,000 MT per year. The Company has wellequipped automated plant which gives the opportunity to attract Multinational Companies and Corporate buyers as they get the best quality products as per food standards. Due to various Certifications, the Company get opportunity to get bulk orders from Corporate as these ensure that the Company is meeting food quality standards that are required by them. It hedged over other competitors due to procurement of raw material in large quantity i.e. best quality at minimum cost.In May 2018, the Company came up with an Initial Public Offer of 26,80,000 Equity Shares by raising capital aggregating Rs 8.04 Crore.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹361.25 crore and profit touched at ₹3.79 crore.
