The company has been engaged in exports ever since its inception. It has established itself as a manufacturer of Drivetrain Parts in India and is one stop shop for quality cost competitive drivetrain parts and providing outofthebox solutions to its customers through designing and development of complex / special parts. Apart from these, Company offer fully integrated engineering solutions from conceptualization, development and validation to implementation and manufacturing of products. The development phase includes product designing, material procurement and processing. The Company serves as a onestop solution provider, offering highquality, costeffective drivetrain components while also delivering customized, outofthebox solutions through the design and development of complex and specialized parts tailored to customer needs. It manufacture a wide variety of Differential Forged/Cast Parts like Differential Housings, Differential Lockers, Differential Covers, Gear Shifters, Yokes, Differential Spools, Pinion Supports, etc. under one roof at its fully integrated manufacturing plant at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.The Company came up with the IPO by issuing 54,99,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each and raised Rs 53.89 crores through fresh issue on April 25, 2024.
