Further pursuant to the said Scheme, Company issued / allotted 75,31,201 equity shares of Rs.10 each in its share capital to the shareholders of DRS Dilip Roadlines Limited, in the ratio of 1:2, i.e, one equity share of Rs.10 each for every two shares held in DRS Dilip Roadlines Limited as per the Share Exchange Ratio contemplated in the said Scheme.
