Atvo Enterprises Limited was initially incorporated as Trendy Knitwear Limited in March, 1995 at Hyderabad. The name of the Company was changed from Trendy Knitwear Limited to Vandana Knitwear Limited on 16th July, 2012 and has renamed to Atvo Enterprises Limited from Vandana Knitwear Limited on March 26, 2025, by issuing a new Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies. Initially, Company focused on manufacturing and exporting highquality designer socks. Promoted by R C Bhargava and associates, the Company set up a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) in Andhra Pradesh with technical collaboration for producing cotton, nylon, and acrylic socks. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 28th October, 2024, approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. During the year 202425, Company has amended its object clause to carry on carry on business as manufacturers, producers, processors, fabricators, importers, exporters, traders, buyers, sellers, retailers, wholesalers, suppliers, indenters, packers, movers, stockiest, agents, subagents, merchants, distributors, consignors, jobbers, brokers, concessionaires or otherwise deal in all kinds of fuel ethanol, and to deal in the byproducts and joint products of fuel ethanol in India or elsewhere in the world and to undertake commercial agricultural activities including raising of crops and plantation and to process and manufacture all types of agro based products and to deal in, trade, export and import such agricultural products including crops, vegetable and dairy products.
