ACS Technologies Limited, formerly known as LN Industries India Limited was established on January 19, 1993. The Companys name was changed to LN Polyesters Limited from LN Industries India Limited in November, 2010 and further was changed to ACS Technologies Limited on June 26, 2023. Initially, the Company engaged in the manufacture of Texturized Twisted Polyester Dyed Yarn and Nylon Dyed Yarn. One of the major finished products of the Company Polyester Dyed Yarn is used in the manufacturing of Dress Materials, Sarees, Shirting, Suiting and Furnishing Fabrics. Another product Nylon Dyed Yarn is used in the manufacture of Socks, Sports Gear etc..As per Scheme of Arrangement, the Company merged with the erstwhile, LN Industries Limited effective 31 March, 2022. As per the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, the objects of the business had been changed to Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services in 202223. In terms of the said Scheme, 5,39,80,094 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/ each were allotted on preferential basis for scheme of merger of the Company with LN Industries Ltd in 2024. In FY 202425, the Company ventured into two emerging verticals: Artificial Intelligence and Smart Data Analytics and Industrial Automation. Additionally, it has onboarded experts in Cybersecurity Solutions and Audit. It implemented the AI based System for a Defence Agency for a critical Military Application. It developed core competency in AI based systems for Military and Industrial Automation Applications including design and implementation of Recurrent Neural Networks, Big Data Analytics, Predictive Maintenance, Usage Pattern Analysis and optimization of Energy Consuming resources. It has handled Terabytes of data elements in real time data acquisition and offline data analytics during the year 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹126.94 crore and profit touched at ₹4.84 crore.
