Further, Companys name was changed from DM Prime Square Research Analytics Private Limited to Ace Alpha Tech Private Limited dated 17 May, 2024. The status got converted into a Public Company and the name changed to Ace Alpha Tech Limited Registrar of Companies, Delhi has issued a new Certificate of Incorporation dated 12 September, 2024.
