Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name was changed to Meta Infotech Limited vide a fresh Certificate upon the Conversion to Public Company dated September 02, 2024, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.Since year 2019 onwards, the Company involved in the business for providing cybersecurity solutions to large and medium sized organizations across India.
