Why is my IPO application cancelled?
- Your IPO application may show a "Cancelled" status due to one of the following reasons:
- You cancelled the application manually from your Kotak Neo account.
- You didn’t approve the UPI mandate on time — if the mandate isn’t approved before the exchange cut-off, the application is automatically cancelled on our end.
- Tip: Always approve the UPI mandate promptly after applying to ensure your IPO bid is considered valid.
