What is the procedure for rematerialisation of shares?

You will need to fill in and submit the below documents at your nearest Kotak Neo Branch. Please note for every ISIN a separate form needs to be filled in.

Kotak Neo' TAT is about 7 business days from the time your request is entered into their system. However, it may take an additional 30-45 days for the registrar to send out the share certificate.
