What is considered as a secondary bank account in my trading account?

A secondary bank account is an extra bank account that can be linked with your Kotak Neo trading account. It can only be used to add funds in your trading account. Note that withdrawals to such an account are not allowed. Please remember that you can add multiple bank accounts in your trading account, but only one will be considered to be as the primary bank account.
