What happens if I sell my smallcase holdings from my portfolio under the Investment tab?

If you sell a stock directly from NEO>> Portfolio>> Investments tab>> the details will not be received at Smallcase’s end and when a user will login to smallcase-

1. They will see mismatch in their investments as compared to Neo’s portfolio
2. They will get a message for reconciling the portfolio

In such case user will have to click on

1. Reconcile option shown on the screen
2. Add the average selling price & quantity of the stocks sold directly from portfolio and confirm.
3. This will update the user’s portfolio on Smallcase also.
