What are the limitations of using this facility?

  • You cannot trade in F&O and cannot avail -Pay later(MTF) if you opt to trade using this facility.
  • Once opted, you cannot use any other payment method to avail margin.
  • You cannot pledge shares to get margin benefits or you cannot get benefit on the shares pledged/re-pledged before UPI block activation.
  • NRML and Intraday(MIS) trades are not allowed under this facility.
  • Currently, this facility is supported only for HDFC and ICICI bank accounts.
