How to update my Mobile Number on the app?

To update your mobile number,

1. Login to the App

2. Go to profile section from top right corner of your home screen and click on Account details

3. You will see your existing masked mobile number. Click on Edit

4. You will be redirected to the Kotak Neo website

5. You will have to update your new mobile number under "Cell". Rest of the fields can be kept blank

6. Make a choice for implementing the change i.e. for trading account or demat account or both

Note: if you wish to make the change in DP profile, Rs. 49/- + GST will be charged as DP profile Updation fee

7. Click on Confirm

8. Your mobile number will be updated within 24 to 48 hours

1. Click on “More” in the menu

2. Go to Settings

3. Go to Profile Settings

4. Click on Edit Mobile number
