How to update bank account in trading and DP ? OR How do I add a secondary bank to my Kotak Neo account?

1. Login to Kotak Neo
2. Go to Profile
3. Go to Account details
4. Tap on Linked bank accounts
5. Add bank account

Alternatively, you can also do this:

1. Go to Profile
2. Click on Additional services
3. Go to Service requests
4. Click on Bank Updation

1. Login to Neo
2. Click on “Additional Services”, service request page opens.
3. Select Bank Updation
4. After adding bank details, esign by updating Aadhar details and OTP and submit.
5. After adding details, enter submit.

4. Tap on Service and support
5. Raise a Service request
6. Go to Bank Updation
7. Esign
8. Update Aadhar details
9. Enter OTP and Submit
