How do I unsubscribe from the Trade Free Max Plan?

In order to unsubscribe from any brokerage plan you will need to first decide which other plan you wish to subscribe to.

Once you have decided which plan you want to subscribe to, you can simply subscribe to that brokerage plan by visiting the below steps. If you have subscribed to another plan you will automatically be unsubscribed from the existing plan.

1. Login to Kotak Neo through the Kotak Neo mobile app
2. Visit your profile by clicking your name initials on the right hand top corner
3. Visit Account information
4. Go to Brokerage plans
5. Choose the Trade Free brokerage plan and confirm your subscription by clicking on Subscribe.

5. Scroll down, accept the T&C and Click on Subscribe Now.
