How do I change my email address in the Kotak Stock Trader Mobile Application?

To update your email address on the NEO App, follow the steps given below :

1. Login 1

2. Go to profile section from top right corner of your home screen and click on Account details

3. You will see your existing masked email address. Click on Edit

• You will be redirected to the Kotak Neo website

• You will have to update your new email address under "Email ID". Rest of the fields can be kept blank

• Make a choice for implementing the change i.e. for trading account or demat account or both

Note: if you wish to make the change in DP profile, Rs. 49/- + GST will be charged as DP profile Updation fee

• Click on “Confirm”

• Your email address will be updated within 24 to 48 hours

To change your Email ID

• Go to “More” in the menu

1. Click on Setting

2. Profile Settings

3. Click on Edit email ID
